Lala Kent was spotted at an apartment circuitous in Santa Monica, Calif., on Thursday, just 3 days after Page Six revealed she bankrupt upward with fiancé Randall Emmett over cheating rumors.
We’re told the “Vanderpump Rules” star, 31, spent virtually 15 minutes inside the building before exiting with her mother, Lisa Burningham, and vii-calendar month-sometime daughter, Bounding main, whom she shares with Emmett, fifty.

While it is unclear whether Kent was touring the apartment or merely visiting someone who lives at that place, we hear she later pulled into a parking garage that simply has access to the leasing office.
The reality star was dressed casually in a graphic T-shirt, black sweatpants, a leather blazer and light-green Nike sneakers.
Her reps did non immediately return Page Six’s requests for comment.

If Kent was indeed searching for a new pad, the property she visited has enough of inventory available.
According to Realtor.com, there are studio apartments in the building that cost only $650 a month. ApartmentRatings.com shows one-bedrooms tin range from $2,859 to $four,403 a month.
A third real estate website states the “luxury flat customs” is located only “footsteps from everything you love about Santa Monica: the beach, amazing restaurants, fashionable boutiques, height nightclubs, arable fine art and eclectic culture.”

The modest apartments, notwithstanding, would be a far cry from the multimillion-dollar home that Kent had shared with her Hollywood producer ex until recently.
In Feb 2020, the couple renovated their huge Bel Air firm with the help of fellow Bravolebrity Jeff Lewis of “Flipping Out.”
“This will definitely exist, like, the showtime home renovation and my last,” Kent said at the time while relaxing poolside. Emmett added, “I second that, but nosotros’re going to be hither a long time.”
On Mon, a source told Page Six that Kent chosen it quits with Emmett over speculation that he had been unfaithful to her in Nashville.

The Give Them Lala Beauty CEO was spotted a day after without her engagement band.
Emmett has not publicly commented on the adulterous rumors.
Kent and Emmett got engaged in September 2018 while jubilant her birthday in United mexican states.
The movie producer was previously married to “You lot” actress Ambyr Childers — the female parent of his older children, London and Rylee. They finalized their divorce in December 2017.
